Headline: The Evolution of the Signal: A New Era for Latino.Black Media

Category: The Narrative
We do not wait for history to be written. We write it ourselves.
For years, Latino.Black Media has been a hybrid—a place for news, history, wellness, and culture. We have served as a digital town square for the Afro-Latino diaspora. But as our community grows, so does our vision. To tell our stories effectively, we realized we needed to sharpen our focus. We needed to separate the classroom from the cinema.
Today, we are announcing a strategic evolution of the Grace Jordan Media Network.
Refining the Focus
Effective immediately, Latino.Black Media is transitioning into its true form: The Film & Video Media House of Grace Jordan Studios.
We are stripping away the text-heavy articles and the lifestyle blogs to focus entirely on Production and Distribution. This platform will now serve as the exclusive hub for our visual storytelling—our short films, music videos, interviews, and broadcast media. We are moving from reporting on the culture to producing the culture.
The Migration: Listen Orlando
You might be asking, "Where does the history go? Where do I find the wellness tips?"
We are proud to announce that our educational and lifestyle content has found a new, perfect home at our sister station, Listen Orlando (ListenOrlando.com).
- Did You Know? DocuSeries: Our deep dives into Black and Latino history will now anchor the Listen Orlando educational sector.
- Health & Wellness: Our guides on mental, physical, and spiritual health will now live under "The Vibe" frequency at Listen Orlando.
This move allows Listen Orlando to become the ultimate "Edutainment" resource—a place for daily news, history, and community resources—while allowing Latino.Black to do what we do best: Create.
The Future of Latino.Black
So, what remains here? The Narrative.
Going forward, this site is dedicated to the visual medium. We are doubling down on:
- LBMG Digital: High-fidelity interviews with artists and changemakers.
- Pookie n Them: Our original animated series.
- Original Productions: Short films and documentaries produced in-house by our team of songwriters, producers, and directors.
We are no longer just a blog. We are a studio. We are the lens through which the world sees the Afro-Latino experience.
Welcome to the new Latino.Black. The Narrative continues.
